Finance Graduate Programme (This Job is now closed)

Tesco means big numbers. With over 150 stores in Ireland, it's clear why Finance is an integral part of all the Tesco divisions. Graduates play a critical role in our Finance teams, which are embedded within every part of Tesco. Finance at Tesco focuses on business analysis and problem solving where you will have a real and tangible impact.

Our Finance Graduate Programme will ensure you gain a breadth of valuable experience early in your career as a finance professional. We’ll make sure you maximise your opportunity to learn and develop your skills while on the programme. This programme has a unique opportunity of a one-year international placement in our UK or Central Europe Tesco business. The first year of the programme will be based in our Head Office in Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin (Hybrid). You could be providing analysis to business leaders that drives change in our stores, creating and landing financial plans and budgets for the year ahead or partnering with our buyers to help with a new product launch.

Whether it’s building the technical skills required or the communication, analysis and insight capabilities essential for the financial professional of the future, this programme will ensure the best possible start to your finance career.

Your experience with us

We’ll kick off with an in-person induction, where you’ll learn more about our business and your programme. It’s a great opportunity for you to meet your fellow graduates. We’ll then introduce you to your team, so you can get to know more about your role and the area you’ll be working in.
