Office programme

Our office programme is for graduates who are attracted by the busy pace of retail but who also have a passion for food and delivering great service to customers. From Day One on the office programme, you’ll be part of a team. You could be producing materials or reports that will be used in stores, head office, by senior leaders, or by your immediate team. Sometimes graduate roles can be seen as ad-hoc jobs and projects but in Tesco you get a lot of responsibility.

Rotations

The Office Programme is split into two eight-month rotations, one will be a stretch role, something you didn’t study in college, and for the other rotation we’ll try to find you something related to your area of study. We want to ensure that you get the most out of each rotation so it will be structured around a project with clear deliverables within the eight months. This means you’ll know where you stand and can plot your success along the way.

We love food

There’re tonnes of opportunities to give your feedback on our products at our quality tasting panels in our test kitchen. There are usually three per week where you can blind taste test our food and drink products. It’s also great for chatting to all sorts of different people.

Our office

Our office is in Dun Laoghaire (image here of view from office). We’ve open plan offices and informal breakout spaces so teams can collaborate. We’ve a subsidised colleague restaurant. You’ll meet the entire office weekly at our “Team 5” session which is an update from the business - this is never dull and you’ll be the first to hear about all our promotions and events in-store. There are stunning views of Dublin Bay from our office which is also near lots of shops, cafés.
