1. Are you in your penultimate year at university?       Yes / No

 

2. Does one or more of A, B, C or D apply to you?       Yes / No

 

A - I’m from one of the following backgrounds:

- Black/African/Caribbean/Black British

- Mixed/Multiple ethnic groups

- Other ethnic group

 

B - I consider myself to have a disability or long term health condition

 

C – I identify as one or more of the following:

- Gay/lesbian

- Bi

- Trans

- Non-binary

- I use another term

 

D - If you finished school after 1980, were you eligible for free school meals at any point during your school years?

 

OR

 

At age 14, the occupation of my main household earner was one of the following:

- Clerical and intermediate occupations such as: secretary, personal assistant, clerical worker, call centre agent, nursery nurse

- Technical and craft occupations such as: motor mechanic, plumber, printer, electrician, gardener, train driver

- Semi-routine manual and service occupations such as: postal worker, machine operative, security guard, caretaker, farm worker, catering assistant, sales assistant

- Routine manual and service occupations such as: HGV driver, cleaner, porter, packer, labourer, waiter/waitress, bar staff

- Long-term unemployed (claimed jobseeker's allowance or earlier unemployment benefit for more than a year)
