F&F is a truly global brand sold in 1,748 stores around the world. Our aim is to help shoppers look good and feel great. Using customer insight, we create beautiful and innovative ranges at great prices that encourage customers to keep coming back. We want to build a brand that customers love and trust at affordable prices.
Our Level 4 F&F Clothing Apprenticeship programme welcomes people with a ‘passion for fashion’ with a get-go attitude that want to help customers across the world. We’ll support you throughout the three year programme, giving you the time to study for your qualification with the Fashion Retail Academy.
You will have the opportunity to work in merchandising and buying and be a key part of the team. Your responsibility will be to support your department to make sure that our customers can buy quality products at the right price. You will gain valuable experience in lots of areas whether it’s managing stock or building strong relationships with suppliers and teams including PR, Visual Merchandising and Point of Sale.
Within our F&F team you will need the skills to plan, analyse, be creative, collaborate and build relationships. We’re looking for someone with the ability to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills to a range of stakeholders within our business. You will need to demonstrate drive and problem-solving skills to go above and beyond for our customers. Numeracy and a desire to build strong business acumen are also important.
We kick off our apprenticeship programmes with an induction where you will learn more about our business and your programme, plus it’s a great opportunity for you to meet your cohort. You will then be introduced to your team where you will get to know more about the area you will be working in.
Within the first six months you will spend two weeks working in one of our stores which you will be able to select from our store list. You will find out more about this at your induction. The time you will spend in store will help you to learn how our stores operate, how they link to your role and help you to understand our customers.
You will experience a range of rotational placements which will help to give you a breadth of knowledge about your area and our business. You will find out more about your placements during your induction.
We encourage self-led development and we support this with a range of e-learning and face to face learning sessions. You will be able to use your own initiative to identify your own learning needs and choose the right training for you. You will also have the opportunity to learn from others to help you grow your skills.
