Health and wellbeing
At Tesco, wellbeing comes first. That means providing you with the best tools that we can, to support your wellbeing, inside and outside of work. It could be a call with a GP or a wellbeing expert. Tips in getting your finances back on track. Or a workplace adjustment. All of these and more are available to help you with any positive changes you wish to make, whenever and wherever you need them.
Programme
This is a 2-year program designed to accelerate your career as a manager. Get insight across the business spending 6 months getting to know our Stores, Support Office, Distribution and Customer Engagement Centre.
Salary and benefits
We offer graduates a competitive salary of €35,000 per annum. What it's like working here
All of our roles are hybrid, working from home and our Head Office based in Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin. The office is a relaxed and friendly environment with flexible work spaces.

You’ll build your skills for the future with real-life experience, workshops and resources, as well as support and mentoring from your colleagues. Our on-site training academy makes it easy to take advantage of learning sessions.
